What is Freelancing?

Freelancing is like working for someone else but you work for yourself. Make since? Just think of yourself as an online mercenary. You as a freelancer have your professions and you would be hired on by different people for different jobs which all have different pay.

Freelancing can include anything from writing articles, web design, forum posting, etc. I hope you get the idea.

If you need guaranteed income and you don't have the smarts nor resources to run your own business/website, you can always just do freelancing work based on what you know. If you know absolutely nothing nor do you have any skills, you can ALWAYS write articles. In my opinion, Article Writing takes the most work, but this is a surefire way to make extra emergency cash when needed.

How do you find Freelancing jobs?

On forums or on Freelancing websites, and there are tons of them. For example:

That's just to name a few.

Also: There's Data Entry jobs which include Freelancing and sometimes this can be more profitable than Writing Articles. Content Generation and Data Entry sometimes are different and sometimes are the same, it just depends on who you work for and what you do. The pay rate is never guaranteed and always varied and most of the time it requires some trust, because the person who hired you will most likely hold your pay until the work is finished so he can review it.

If you're getting paid to do anything on the internet, then technically you are a freelancer.
